Catering Terms and Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to the delivery of catering services by Annabelle J’s Kitchen

A non-refundable £100 deposit is payable to secure the catering booking. Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received in the following account:

Payment in full for catering services as invoiced less the deposit is payable 14 days prior to the event

Price includes the following:

• all food (as itemised on the quote)

• catering equipment to deliver the event as quoted

• staff as quoted

Price does not include the following:

• flower arrangements

• additional waiting staff

• table linen

• additional crockery

• cutlery

• glassware

• any other hire equipment.

Please note: in the highly unlikely event that Annabelle J’s Kitchen are unable to carry out catering for this event due to misadventure, e.g., serious illness,  an immediate and final refund will be provided totalling all monies received.
