Sample 3-Course Menu with canapés

Take the worry out of planning, shopping and cooking for your next dinner. I will deliver and serve a beautiful 3-course menu with canapés for you and your guests. I will even do the washing up and leave you with a sparkling kitchen at the end of the night.

£65 per person: 3 courses & canapés (minimum 6 people)

Canapés (5 per person)

  • Bite-sized brie & caramelised onion all butter pastry tarts

  • Smoked salmon with chive whipped cheese, served on a homemade blini

  • Dolcelatte with pear butter and serrano ham skewer

  • Roast beef on rye bread with whipped horseradish cream

  • Greek feta, cucumber & kalamata olive marinated with fennel seeds, lemon & oregano, served on a skewer

Starter (choose 1)

  • Crab souffle with goats’ cheese, tarragon and chives with salad leaves mwith aple syrup & mustard dressing

  • Aubergine, tomato & buffalo mozzarella tiane salad leaves with & olive oil & balsamic dressing

  • Smoked salmon & spinach fishcakes with salad leaves and maple syrup & mustard dressing

Mains (choose 1)

  • Organic salmon fillet, pesto slow roasted vine tomatoes, served with chive hollandaise sauce

  • Roasted Monkfish fillet, served with crispy pancetta, served with chive hollandaise sauce

  • Marinated pork fillet, flattened & served with sage crispy Parma ham and Maderia wine sauce

  • Chicken ‘ballotine’ with wild mushroom & leek served with creamy marsala sauce

  • Dry aged beef sirloin, served with red wine jus

  • Wild mushroom & tarragon wellington with all butter flaky pastry, served with Maderia wine sauce

Vegetables (choose 3)

  • Sauté potatoes

  • Dauphinoise potatoes

  • Boulangère potatoes

  • Spinach with broad beans & cream

  • Green beans with shallots & fresh herbs

  • Tenderstem broccoli with fresh herb butter

  • Kale with creamed leeks  

  • Baby carrots with parsley butter

 Dessert (choose 1)

  • Zingy lime & ginger cheesecake

  • Vanilla bean panna cotta with fresh raspberry sauce

  • Almond & raspberry fresh cream meringue roulade, served with rose & raspberry sauce

  • Dark chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream & salted caramel sauce  

  • Individual apple tarte tatin, served with homemade vanilla ice cream
